Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how I, Tereza (Teny) Casal, Reg. No.: 09890599, located at Radomská 474/11, 181 00 Prague (the “Provider”), work with you and what you can expect when we collaborate.

1.2 The contract between us is formed once payment is received or I confirm your order in writing, whichever occurs first.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 I provide consulting and execution support in communication, branding, LinkedIn strategy, content, and research. Services are delivered either as:

      • monthly retainers (ongoing support), or
      • defined sprints or project blocks (fixed-scope work).

2.2 The exact scope, priorities, and estimated time allocation are agreed in writing before the start of each collaboration.

2.3 Work outside the agreed scope may be billed at 2,000 CZK/hour or scheduled as an additional package or sprint.

2.4 You agree to provide timely inputs, feedback, approvals, and access necessary for the work. Delays may require adjusting timelines or delivery.

3. Price, Billing, and Payment Terms

3.1 Prices follow my current price list or an individually agreed proposal. Prices include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Invoices are issued in advance and work begins once payment is received. Work may be paused if payment is delayed.
For larger projects, payment may be split into agreed installments.
For ongoing retainers, invoices are issued monthly in advance and work continues while the retainer is active.

3.3 Payment can be made by bank transfer or online payment.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 After payment, I will send onboarding instructions or next steps within one business day.

4.2 I am not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on your side or your service providers.

4.3 I am not liable for delays or inability to deliver caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control (e.g., illness, technical failures, or force majeure events). In such cases, timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

5. How We Work Together

5.1 Working model: I work with multiple clients at the same time and reserve dedicated space in my calendar for each collaboration. I proactively lead the work and move priorities forward without requiring day-to-day direction.

5.2 Retainers: Run on a monthly rhythm and include an agreed scope of work. Work does not roll over to the next month unless agreed in advance.

5.3 Sprints / project blocks: Are delivered based on the agreed scope and timeframe. Work must be completed within this period. If progress is delayed due to missing inputs, feedback, or approvals from the client, the sprint is considered completed at the end of the agreed timeframe. Unused scope does not carry over or qualify for a refund. Any additional or resumed work is scheduled separately.

5.4 Client Delays: Timely feedback, approvals, and materials are required to keep the project moving. Delays on the client side may require adjusting timelines or rescheduling reserved capacity. 

5.5 Availability & delivery: I reserve weekly space in my calendar to focus on your assignment. If additional capacity is available, I may contribute more. If requested tasks exceed the available capacity, we will adjust priorities or timelines accordingly. I typically respond within one business day and deliver tasks within five business days unless agreed otherwise.

5.6 Communication: One primary point of contact on your side helps keep feedback and approvals efficient and timelines smooth.

5.7 Use of tools: I use professional tools, including AI-assisted tools, as part of my internal workflow for research, drafting, and occasional visual creation. All deliverables are reviewed and tailored by me. If you prefer not to include AI-generated visuals, please notify me in advance.

5.8 Reporting: Upon request, I can provide a brief summary of activities or outcomes.

5.9 Pausing or ending work: If you wish to pause or stop an ongoing collaboration, please notify me in advance (ideally several weeks). Cancellation applies to future billing periods only. Reserved capacity already scheduled is non-refundable.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Right of withdrawal (before work starts): You may cancel the contract within 14 days of payment, provided that work has not yet started.

Work is considered started once I begin any preparation, planning, research, or delivery related to your assignment, including briefings or materials provided by you. After work has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies and payments are non-refundable.

6.2 Ongoing services: Retainers and sprints reserve dedicated capacity and agreed scope. Payments are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Cancellation or pause applies to future periods only.

6.3 Issues or complaints: If you experience any issues with the service, please contact me at [email protected]. I will review the situation and respond promptly. If a concern is justified, I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

7. Data Protection

7.1 I process your personal data in line with applicable laws and GDPR.

7.2 Your data is used only to fulfill our contract and to keep in touch with you.

7.3 Any non-public information shared during our collaboration will be treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of delivering the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. My total liability for any claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You receive a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use the deliverables created for your business. I retain ownership of my methods, templates, tools, and underlying know-how.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 We will first try to resolve any issues amicably.

10.2 You may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution.

10.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 These Terms are effective as of 1.1.2026.

11.2 I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on my website or shared with you directly.
