How it works
1. Brief
We schedule the Briefing Session (approx. 60 min) within a few days of purchase. After our briefing, I deliver your first drafts in Google Docs within five business days.
2. Review
To keep the momentum, I ask you to review the first drafts within a week of delivery. After receiving your feedback, I finalize your blueprint in a few days, and we schedule the Implementation Session.
3. Implement
We meet virtually or in person (approx. 60 min). I walk you through your blueprint and support you with its immediate implementation. Ask questions, make final tweaks, and leave with full clarity.

Before this, I spent ten years as a headhunter, working closely with leaders and senior professionals. A big part of that job was understanding how people really work and how to position them so they made sense on paper, not just in real life. I use the same thinking now, just on the communication side.
I’m a native Czech based in Prague, and spend my days switching between local and international circles. Most of my clients are English-speaking professionals who want their message to resonate across cultures.
